Founded With a Specific Purpose
Munkhong was established in Bangkok with one focus in mind: legal support for people navigating pension matters. The practice grew out of a recognition that this area of law was too often handled in ways that left clients confused, hurried, or under-informed.
Many of the clients who come to us are older adults, or people supporting an older family member. They are not looking for aggressive tactics or complex strategies. They want to understand their situation clearly and know that someone with legal knowledge is handling things properly on their behalf.
That understanding shaped everything about how Munkhong works — from how we conduct consultations to how we write correspondence and present updates. Straightforward, patient, and always at a pace that suits the client.
Our Mission
Steady Support When It Matters Most
Pension entitlements represent decades of contribution and planning. When something goes wrong — a reduction, a delay, a refusal — the effect is not just financial. It is deeply personal. Our mission is to handle these matters with the seriousness and the care they deserve.
We do not overstate what legal action can achieve. We set out realistic expectations, explain the process in plain terms, and work with thoroughness and integrity. If a matter has clear legal merit, we pursue it diligently. If the path is less certain, we say so honestly.
Our office is located in Lumphini, Bangkok, and we serve clients from across Thailand who need professional legal support for their pension affairs.

Our Standards
How We Work
Every client interaction at Munkhong is governed by the same set of principles — set out clearly so you know what to expect.
Thai Law Council Registration
All legal advice is provided by registered practitioners under the Thai Law Council, in compliance with professional conduct standards.
Strict Confidentiality
Client information is held in confidence and handled in accordance with Thai data protection requirements and legal professional privilege.
Written Case Records
Every step of a matter is documented and shared with the client in writing, so there is always a clear record of what has been agreed or submitted.
Plain-Language Communication
Legal terminology is avoided where it can be, and explained in everyday words where it cannot. Clients are never left guessing what a document means.
Transparent Fee Structure
Fees are discussed and agreed before any service begins. No charges are added without prior notice and your acceptance.
Client-Centred Approach
Every decision we take in a matter is made in the interest of the client. We do not pursue avenues that do not serve your aims.
Our Values
Legal Support Built on Principle
Munkhong operates from the Lumphini district of Bangkok, serving individuals and families who need professional legal assistance with pension matters under Thai social security law and relevant civil provisions. Our practice covers initial rights consultations, formal dispute representation, and full ongoing support through complex pension protection cases.
The legal team brings combined experience across Thai administrative law, labour rights, and pension entitlement frameworks. We work with clients to understand the specific details of their situation before identifying the most appropriate course of action — and we are honest when a matter falls outside what legal representation can reasonably address.
Accessibility is a core part of our work. We structure consultations to allow time for questions. Written summaries follow each meeting. Progress updates are provided in plain terms. For clients who wish to include family members in the process, we accommodate that naturally.
Our practice values steadiness over speed. Pension matters often involve multiple bodies, documentation review, and formal submissions — processes that cannot be rushed without risk of error. We take the time to do things properly, and we keep clients informed throughout so there are no surprises.
